MATOUK - enriching the lives of our customers and their families by creating the most beautiful and beloved collection of bed and bath linens.
In 1929, John Matouk founded our company with a mission to give Americans ready access to the world’s most luxurious linens. From an early age Mr. Matouk, born the son of a fine jeweler in Damascus, Syria, was steeped in the principles of meticulous workmanship and good taste. As a young man he immigrated to Italy where he learned the fine linens business, gaining particular expertise in the intricate lace and extraordinary hand-work that were very much part of the Italian tradition. He began exporting Italian linens to the United States, developing a partnership with the famous Olga Asta linen and embroidery house located in St. Marks Square in Venice.xMr. Matouk fulfilled his lifelong dream to make a life in the United States in July of 1929, arriving in New York with trunks of the exquisite linens that he had discovered in Italy. Even in those difficult times there were those who had a passion for fine things and the means to afford them, and the first Matouk products soon became sought after by the finest stores and private customers.
During World War II, with his supply lines from Europe cut off, Mr. Matouk moved his production to the U.S., opening the first Matouk factory in Manhattan. When linen became scarce during wartime, he pioneered a special blended fabric of mohair, rayon and cotton. This became Matouk’s first signature tablecloth.
In 1963, John’s son, George F. Matouk Sr., joined the business and three years later he became president. During his 36 years leading the company, George Sr. grew Matouk from a maker of fine table linens to a full-service luxury home textile source for the bed, bath and table. In 1985, George Sr. moved the factory from Manhattan to southern New England, home to both a tradition of American textile production and a community of skilled craftspeople who continue to practice the art of embroidery and monogramming for which Matouk is known around the world.
Today, the Matouk factory and headquarters are located in Fall River, Massachusetts in a world-class facility that features a solar energy system, advanced production technologies, and an environment committed to promoting the health and well being of our employees. At Matouk old world techniques live hand-in-hand with state of the art tools and production philosophies.
Under the leadership of John Matouk’s grandson, George Matouk Jr., the company remains committed to, and invigorated by, our purpose of enriching the lives of our customers and their families by creating the most beautiful and beloved collection of bed and bath linens.

This family business has it's atelier located in the heart of Brittany in an old school building in 1899. The charming and calm environment is the perfect place for Sylvette to design elegant and luxurious home collections.
This is the passion and inspiration behind Amandine de Brévelay, a French well known embroidered bed, table and bath linen family factory. Its artistic creations have always been faithful to its core values:
Refinement and Delicacy
Inspired by French lifestyle heritage, half way between tradition and modernity, its collections bring comfort and harmony to luxurious interiors, bridging the gap between a tough world, poetry and well-being. Designed and made in France, Amandine de Brévelay is perpetuating the “Savoir-Faire à la Française”, incorporating time-honored techniques and high quality fabrics. By treating old patterns to new designs and arranging elegant mix of fabrics, its genuine know-how pays homage to the traditions of fine linen.

Cosmic was created in 1985 in Barcelona as a family company manufacturing quality bathroom accessories. From the very start our well-defined mission was to design accessories with superior features which would stand out above those already on the market.
In 1990, our continuous commitment and work gained the support and recognition of distributors throughout Spain. It was the perfect time to launch our international expansion, resulting in new corporate objectives, focused on contemporary design and innovation as differential factors.
As the new millennium approached, Cosmic became the benchmark brand, a point of reference not only for accessories but also in bathroom furniture. The success behind this new way of understanding the concept of bathroom space resulted in the company exporting over 50% of its production over five continents.
In 2008, a strategic partnership was signed with the Roca Group, guaranteeing our leadership in the European business of bathroom furniture, and freestanding accessories.
The business underwent exponential growth. In 2009, Cosmic took over pomd’or in order to position it as a leading luxury brand. The company has maintained over time the commitment of pomd’or to continue to fascinate by its cult of the detail.
Growth continued, and just a year later the bath and shower screen division was integrated into the company, with the acquisition of prestigious Spanish brand Stildux. In 2012, a new step was taken with the launch of Bath + by Cosmic, a new product line aimed at a more affordable market in bathroom furniture and practical accessories, while retaining its excellent design. Quality and design are the cornerstones of our four brands.
Three decades later Cosmic maintain its essence for her good taste. Within a few years, Cosmic has gone from fittings manufacturer to becoming the driving force behind a new concept of bathrooms. This means understanding bathrooms as a reflection of each individual personality and of finding well-being through contemporary avant-garde design.
